We want your trip to feel clear before you book. These Terms and Conditions explain what EasyTrip2China arranges, what is included in the package, how payment and deposit work, how itinerary changes are handled, and how we support you during the trip.

These Terms apply to your use of https://easytrip2china.com/ (the “Site”). By using the Site, sending us an inquiry, making a booking, or joining one of our travel packages, you agree to these Terms.

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected].

Before You Book

Before making a booking, please take a moment to understand the key points below:

We help arrange package-based inbound travel services in China. Depending on the package, services may include hotels, transportation, guides, attraction visits and itinerary coordination.

Some packages are low-price group packages or fixed-date packages and may require a minimum number of travelers to operate.

Package prices may vary depending on travel date, group size, room arrangement, supplier availability and package conditions.

A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment and send you written confirmation.

Your deposit helps us hold your package spot and start preparing key travel arrangements such as hotel, vehicle, guide and itinerary coordination.

Each booking is allowed one schedule change only, subject to availability and our written confirmation.

Once a booking has been placed, it becomes non-refundable because we begin holding travel resources and making supplier arrangements for your trip.

Please carefully check what is included and not included before booking. Unless clearly stated in the package, international flights, visa fees, personal expenses, tips, optional activities and meals not listed in the itinerary are not included.

Travel plans may be affected by weather, traffic, attraction rules, supplier changes, government restrictions or other circumstances outside our control. If this happens, we will try to adjust the itinerary in a reasonable way and help you continue your journey as smoothly as possible.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old or use the Site under the supervision of a legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate information when using the Site, sending inquiries, or making a booking. You must not use the Site for any unlawful, misleading, harmful, or disruptive purpose.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without prior notice.

2. Scope of Services

EasyTrip2China provides or arranges package-based inbound travel services in China. Depending on the package, our services may include itinerary planning, hotel arrangement, group transportation, guide service, attraction visits, travel support and other services clearly stated in the package.

The exact services included in your trip will be based on the package details, quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, or written communication provided to you before booking.

Some services may be provided by independent third-party suppliers, such as hotels, transportation providers, attractions, ticketing platforms, insurance providers, restaurants, or local service providers. Their own terms, conditions and operational rules may also apply.

3. Package Type and Availability

Some EasyTrip2China packages are group packages, low-price packages, fixed-date packages, or packages based on shared travel arrangements. These packages may require a minimum number of travelers to operate.

Package availability, travel dates, hotel rooms, vehicle arrangements, guide availability and attraction tickets are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Information shown on the Site, in advertisements, or in promotional materials is for general reference only. Final details will be confirmed with you before payment or before your booking is finalized.

4. Prices, Quotes and Payment

Package prices may vary depending on travel date, number of travelers, room type, group size, package conditions, supplier availability, exchange rates and other practical travel factors.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or another currency clearly shown in your quotation or invoice.

We will confirm the final price with you before you make payment. A price shown on the Site or in an advertisement does not guarantee final availability or the final bookable price until we confirm it in writing.

Payment terms, including deposit amount, balance payment deadline and payment method, will be stated in your quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or written communication with us.

We support multiple payment methods, including bank transfer, major credit and debit cards, online payment platforms and other payment methods accepted by us at the time of booking.

Bank charges, card fees, transaction fees, currency conversion fees or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

If a package includes flight or air ticket arrangements, and airline fuel surcharges or temporary airline price increases occur after a booking has already been confirmed, we will not charge the additional increase for confirmed orders. For confirmed but unpaid orders, if payment is completed before 12:00 noon on the following day, we will also not charge the increased fare. For unconfirmed orders, the updated price will apply.

5. Deposit and Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when we receive the required deposit or full payment and send you written confirmation.

Your deposit helps us hold your package spot and start preparing key travel arrangements, including hotel, vehicle, guide and itinerary coordination.

After arrangements have started, deposits, supplier costs, ticket costs, hotel costs, vehicle costs or other actual expenses may become non-refundable, depending on supplier policies and costs already incurred.

Once a booking has been placed, it becomes non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing.

If you make a booking on behalf of other travelers, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their information, make payment, and accept these Terms on their behalf.

6. What Is Included and Not Included

The services included in your package will be listed in your package description, quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or itinerary.

Unless clearly stated in your package, international flights, visa fees, visa application services and related document costs, personal expenses, tips, optional activities and meals not listed in the itinerary are not included.

International flights;

Visa fees, visa application services and related document costs;

Passport application fees;

Personal expenses;

Tips or gratuities for drivers and guides;

Meals not listed in the itinerary;

Optional activities;

Travel upgrades;

Single room supplement;

Extra luggage charges;

Personal shopping;

Services not clearly listed as included.

If a service is not clearly stated as included, please ask us before booking. We will help confirm the details so that you understand the package clearly before making payment.

7. Changes, Cancellation and Refunds by You

If you wish to change your travel date, package, traveler details, room arrangement or other booking information, please contact us in writing as early as possible.

Each booking is allowed one schedule change only, subject to availability and our written confirmation.

Any additional change request may be treated as a new booking or may incur extra charges, depending on supplier policies and actual costs.

Once a booking has been placed, it becomes non-refundable because we begin holding travel resources and making supplier arrangements for your trip.

If you cancel the booking, do not travel as scheduled, arrive late, leave the trip early, or choose not to use part of the arranged services, no refund will be provided unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us in writing.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs, supplier charges, ticket changes, hotel penalties, vehicle arrangement fees or price differences.

8. Changes, Cancellation and Group Operation by Us

We may make reasonable changes to your itinerary when necessary. These may include adjusting the order of activities, changing meeting times, replacing a hotel with one of similar standard where possible, changing transportation arrangements, or replacing an attraction due to availability, safety, weather, traffic, attraction rules, supplier changes, or operational needs.

For group packages that require a minimum number of travelers, if the minimum group size is not reached, we may offer available options such as:

Changing to another travel date;

Joining another package;

Receiving a refund of eligible payments.

We will try to inform you as early as reasonably possible if a significant change or cancellation is necessary.

We are not responsible for delay, cancellation, interruption or failure to perform due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, typhoons, earthquakes, floods, fire, lightning, traffic disruption, strikes, epidemics, war, terrorist acts, government actions, public safety measures, attraction closures, supplier failure, technical restrictions by telecommunications providers, or other force majeure events.

If force majeure occurs after your booking has been confirmed, we will not be responsible for losses caused by such events, except where otherwise required by applicable law. However, where possible, we will assist you in adjusting the itinerary, rescheduling the travel date, and coordinating hotel, transport or other available services so that the trip may continue as smoothly as possible.

9. Hotels, Vehicles, Guides and Attractions

Hotels shown in proposals, advertisements or promotional materials may be reference hotels. Final hotel arrangements are subject to availability. If a listed hotel is unavailable, we may arrange a hotel of similar standard where possible.

Room type, bed type, hotel location and hotel facilities are subject to confirmation. Single travelers may need to pay a single room supplement if they require a private room.

Vehicles are arranged according to group size, luggage needs, route distance and local operational conditions. Travel time may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions and local regulations.

Guide service will be provided where stated in the package. English-speaking guide service will be provided if clearly included in the package. Other language support may be available upon request and is subject to confirmation.

Attraction visits and tickets are subject to attraction rules, opening hours, reservation availability, visitor limits, weather, safety measures and government regulations. If an attraction becomes unavailable, we will try to adjust the itinerary or offer a reasonable alternative where possible.

10. Travel Documents, Visa and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport, visa, entry permit and any other required travel documents for China and any other destinations included in your trip.

We are not responsible for any loss, delay, cancellation, denied boarding, denied entry, or additional cost caused by invalid documents, missing documents, visa refusal, late application, incorrect information provided by you, or failure to meet entry requirements.

11. Insurance, Health and Special Requirements

We recommend that you purchase suitable travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation or interruption, baggage loss, personal liability and other travel risks.

If travel insurance is included in your package, the insurance coverage, claim conditions and limitations are subject to the insurance provider’s policy terms.

You should make sure that you are physically fit for the trip. You must inform us in writing before booking if you have any medical conditions, disabilities, allergies, pregnancy, mobility limitations, special dietary needs, or other important requirements that may affect your trip.

We will try to pass your special requirements to relevant suppliers where possible, but we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fully met.

12. Third-Party Suppliers

Many services included in your trip may be provided by independent third-party suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, attractions, ticketing platforms, restaurants, insurance providers and local service providers.

We carefully select and coordinate with suppliers where possible, but we do not control their daily operations, internal rules, service standards, delays, acts or omissions.

In some cases, your legal relationship may be directly with the supplier, and the supplier’s own terms and conditions may apply in addition to these Terms.

13. Complaints and Customer Support

If you experience any issue during your trip, please contact us or your local representative as soon as possible. This gives us the opportunity to help while the trip is still ongoing.

If you do not inform us during the trip, it may be harder for us to investigate the issue or provide assistance after the trip has ended.

If the issue is not resolved during the trip, you may submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 30 days after the end of your trip. Please include your booking details, a clear description of the issue and any supporting documents or photos.

We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable period.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, loss of profit, missed connections, or additional personal expenses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your trip shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, layout, design and other materials, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

16. Governing Law, Updates and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mainland China, without regard to conflict of law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site, sending of inquiries, or booking of services after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
