2. Payment Schedule
•Booking Confirmation: 5% deposit (minimum USD 100)
•30 Days Before Departure: 35%
•7 Days Before Departure: 10%
•After Arrival in China: Remaining 50%
3. Cancellation Policy
•More than 90 days before departure: 90% of the amount paid will be refunded.
•30–89 days before departure: 60% of the amount paid will be refunded.
•Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
4. Date Change Policy
•One free date change is permitted if requested at least 60 days before departure.
•After a date change has been confirmed, the booking becomes non-refundable.
•All payments already made will be transferred to the new travel date.
